  • Customers may cancel their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • The business reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers may choose a full refund or rescheduling.
Refund Policy
•Customers can raise a refund request within 24 hours from the time of payment or booking.
•Refunds will be considered only if the service has not been availed.
•No refunds will be provided once the service is partially or fully completed.
•In case of duplicate payments, incorrect charges, or failed transactions, refunds will be initiated after verification.
Refund Processing Time
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business working days.
•The refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Return Policy
•Since services are provided at the salon/spa premises, returns are not applicable.
Packages, Offers & Memberships
•Promotional offers, packages, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise in writing.
