The word Tripti means "satisfaction" and I must say today. Tripti - my spa therapist at Kimera completely satisfied me with an amazing relaxing and rejuvenating, deep tissue full body massage. Typically, when we think about a deep tissue massage, we always feel a man's fingers will have more pressure, but three completely defeat this notion as her fingers have a great pressure while applying on the painful parts of the body. Her strokes are very deep and she is very well trained to give the correct kind of stretch for the relevant body part, easing any pent-up stress And ensuring flexibility of the joints, she is always very kind and empathetic to anyone who is in pain and ensures that the 60 or 90 minutes time dedicated at the Salon are worth it for the customer. Thank you Tripti for the pain relieving Massage, you gave me today. If anyone out there has sore muscles, severe body pain, and irritating stiffness. I came to Kimera once again today on of the most stressed days of my life as I had not taken any off time from my mother care duties. I was assigned to Laxmi for a footlogix pedicure. She was very professional by first explaining the product and procedure to me in detail. She was kind to see my foot type which is super dry and the pedicure she did showed it effects on me. I would suggest this pedicure to anyone with cracked heels, dead skin and dry feet. and I trusted my bad feet in her hands to hopefully make it good and relaxed. And believe me she did the magic with a very relaxing deep pressure massage at the end leaving me very sleepy! During the service, the product and service explaination was given time to time. Her strokes were relaxing, soothing, deep and effective. She also is a lively girl with so much positivity in her and very customer friendly and interactive.She was very patient if I had any queries. Manjula did as an usual "great job" of full body Swedish Massage. She is like a great friend to me. Sushmita also helped me with a small skin care service and is a very sweet and respectful girl. Arif is always kind to blow dry my hair after massages and I am thankful to him.
As usual the welcome desk champs Leco and Rajni were very welcoming and warm to me. I am so impressed by Sushmita, Manjula and Laxmi that I signed up for a 4 months package this time . The services went well and was conclued with a tasty refreshing chai from Hema Akka and Leco. As already mentioned in my earlier review, Kimera as spa and salon is very clean , hygenic, spacious , has a positive aura with the bright white interiors and calm background music. In short, when it came to pampering and my self care , it felt worth the price and value for money. I truly reccomend anyone out there searching for a very professional hand and good knowledge of skin and hair care to just walk in Kimera with total submission to the staff to seamlessly take care of yiu.
