Kimera provides spa, salon, beauty, wellness, and personal care services. All services are subject to availability and appointment confirmation.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

•All prices are listed in INR.

•Payments are processed securely via authorized payment gateways.

•Applicable GST is charged as per Government of India regulations.

•Full or partial advance payment may be required at the time of booking.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

•Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.

•No refunds will be provided for completed services.

•Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

•Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

 

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

 

Customers must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to availing services. KB SPA SALON LLP shall not be responsible for adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed.

6. Customer Conduct

 

Kimera reserves the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior.
